A morning at PLAY!

I took Bella to this new indoor play area called PLAY today.  She had a blast & had fun running around on the trampoline & throwing the balls around!  We will have to go back really soon bc it was a blast!

Gramma & Grandpa's last day in GA!

Imagine It! Children's Museum of Atlanta..

We took Bella to Imagine It! The Children's Museum of Atlanta for the 1st time today. She had fun but Andy and I didnt like it as much as we liked the Chattanooga Children's Museum. It was still nice to get out of the house for the morning and have some fun. After the museum, we walked to CNN center and had lunch at Don Juan's and then took a walk thru Centennial Olympic Park before heading home for Bella's nap!

Fun morning at East Cobb Park!

Amy & Jake drove back to Boca today but Gramma, Grandpa & Uncle Dan are staying for a few extra days of fun with Miss Isabella Kaye! We got a late start to the day today with their departure so we headed to the nearby East Cobb Park with Bella for some fun...it was kind of wet out from the rain on Christmas so we didnt do too much hiking in the muddy woods. We still had a blast and got some great pics of Bella!!

Christmas Day 2008!

Christmas Day was fun but got off to a rocky start when Gramma got sick in the early morning. She seemed to have what Bella and I had 2 weeks ago - the stomach bug. Poor Grammie!! Bella was up bright and early at 6am and Andy and I snuggled with her in bed for a little before heading downstairs to get a start on the day. I made a nice breakfast - monkey bread, eggs, sausage links & fruit salad for everyone to enjoy. Then it was onto opening stockings and presents! Bella had fun opening all her new gifts and got a ton, as usual!

Andy and I weren't exchanging gifts between each other this year bc we'd rather save for the new baby but we decided to still do stockings. I opened my stocking up and he got me a new Blackberry cellphone that I had wanted!! Totally threw me off bc I only spent $20 on stocking stuffers for him and it was totally unexpected but I am thrilled!! I should be getting it in the mail any day now!

We had both ham and turkey for dinner - we had way too much food for 7 people but at least we have tons of leftovers to enjoy over the next few days. I really didnt take too many pictures today, we were so busy but I took enough for everyone to get the picture!!

Christmas Eve 2008!

We had a fun Christmas Eve - Andy and I went to Candlelight Service at church at 4 while everyone else took care of Bella & then once we got home, I got the Caplitze soup going & we were ready to eat! It was so delicious, as always & I think everyone enjoyed the meal! We then sang Happy Birthday to Jesus & had yummy cake for dessert! Bella had a blast running around and playing with the presents under the tree & playing "Weebee Wambee" with Grandpa Beege. It is a game that he made up when Andy, Dan and Amy were little & the tradition is continuing with the grandkids! The only incident that occured was when I was pouring the soup and the scalding hot broth split over one of the bowls and burned my entire right hand. It hurt so bad but I kept my hand in a bucket of cold water throughout dinner & that helped.
